This client was a nervous hair extension "newbie", needing glamorous hair for a touring show. She'd only ever tried clip-in hair extensions previously.

A TV actress and former X-Factor finalist, she chose Mark Glenn based on reputation and, after swishing her new hair said she felt "like a completely different person to the one who walked into the salon".

Saying she simply felt "more confident, more beautiful" as a result, she was surprised they didn't feel uncomfortable either during application or in her hair. She said, "It doesn't feel like I've got anything in my hair, it just feels nice."

Whatever, we think she looks beautiful with or without our hair extensions ;-)
