Josette - or "Jo" to her friends, which now includes you :-) - is often client's first point of contact and is an expert "hand-holder" and sounding board as they navigate the different potential options available to them.

Jo's witnessed all our ups and downs since she's been with us right from the beginning.  In fact, she's worked across Glenn's businesses for over 25 years so there isn't much she doesn't know!

A great listener, eternal optimist and a wonderful fountain of knowledge, she's everyone's agony aunt, both clients and team alike.  If you've got a problem, a question or a request Jo will do everything she can to engineer the solution.

A Cornish native and a frustrated Goth, Jo's a regular at live music concerts, is a huge film and TV fan and loves nothing more than unusual conversations with the fascinating people she gets to liaise with on a daily basis across both Mark Glenn and our sister businesses.
